Technology, Inc., now offers the QRJ-series Rotary Joint Assembly for scanning antennas,
covering Ka through W band.
This assembly includes a rotary joint, mode filter, and a pair of mode transitions. Two
special waveguide sections make the input and output in-line. Typical performance at V
band is 2.5 dB insertion loss with 5 GHz bandwidth. |

Rotary Joints are mainly used
with scanning antennas for radar systems. They are also used in receiver, communication,
and EW systems where antenna scanning is required. The approximate size of a V band Rotary
Joint Assembly is 3.0” Dia x 13.6” Length. For
