Technology, Inc., is pleased to introduce our new 2 to 6 GHz 15W broadband power amplifier
(QPJ-02064230-A0). This power amplifier utilizes unique power combining techniques to
deliver 15 watts (+42 dBm) output power with flatness of ± 0.50 over 2.0 to 6.0 GHz
frequency range. |
The measured gain of this amplifier is 33 dB min with gain flatness of ± 2 dB typ. over 2.0 to 6.0 GHz. The amplifier resides in a housing of 2.50” x 1.75” x 0.50”, the RF connectors are removable SMA(F). The DC power supply for normal operation is +12V @ 10 A typ. Applications include EW, EMC and test instrumentation. | ||
