Ka-Band Full-band 1W Power Amplifier

QuinStar Technology, Inc., is pleased to announce a Ka-Band solid-state instrumentation power amplifier (QPI-KA3020-I8). This instrumentation power amplifier features full band operation with a self-contained power supply, which has 110/220 V AC input. The measured linear gain is 35 dB typical with typical return loss of 10 dB. The measured output power is 1W (+30 dBm). This unit is an excellent choice for instrumentation radar, bench testing and fullband transceiver applications. Nominal gains of 15, 30, 40 and 50 dB with very compact packages are also available for other applications.
