75 to 110 GHz Full-Band Low Noise Amplifier

QuinStar Technology, Inc., is pleased to introduce a 75 to 110 GHz full W-Band solid-state low noise amplifier (QLW-75B06015-I1). This low noise amplifier has a typical noise figure of 4.5 dB and features full W-Band operation with typical return loss of –10 dB. This amplifier is an excellent choice for instrumentation, bench testing and full-band receiver applications. Nominal gains of 15, 28, 40 and 50 dB are available.
