2 to 8 GHz, 5 Watt Broadband Power Amplifier |

Technology, Inc., is pleased to introduce our new 2 to 8 GHz 5W broadband
power amplifier (QPJ-02083740-BZ). This power amplifier utilizes unique power
combining techniques to deliver 5 watts (+37 dBm) typical and 4 watts (+36 dBm) minimum
output power with flatness of ± 0.65 over the entire frequency range. The measured gain
of this amplifier is 50 dB min with gain flatness of ± 1.40 dB. The amplifier can be
ordered with nominal gain of 30, 40 and 50 dB. The maximum gain variation is ±1.5 dB. The
amplifier is available with or without an air-cooled heat sink. |
