Technology, Inc. is pleased to introduce our new, full Q-Band driver
amplifier. Small signal gain and output power at 1 dB gain compression point of
this amplifier is 20 dB and 19 dBm typical, respectively. This full Q-band amplifier
features output power flatness of ± 1.5 dB over the 33 to 50 GHz band. Gain is available
up to 50 dB. |
