New Broadband Amplifier!

2 to 40 GHz Ultra Broadband Drive Amplifier

QuinStar Technology, Inc. is pleased to introduce our new QPW-02402420-J0 driver amplifier. The gain and P1dB of this amplifier are 28 dB and 20 dBm typical, respectively. The amplifier shows gain flatness of ±2.2 dB and output power flatness of ±1.0 over 2 to 40 GHz with return loss of –10 dB typical. Gain of the power amplifier is available up to 50 dB.
