The QuinStar
QLN-44024533-00 is a Low Noise Amplifier designed and fabricated
to have very consistent phase and amplitude variation in the frequency range of 43.5 to
45.5 GHz. The measured phase and amplitude variation among the units is within 10 degrees
of the reference and within 2 dB, respectively. Gain variation vs. frequency over any 5MHz
sub-bandwidth is less than 0.3 dB, and the input third order intercept point is better
than –24 dBm. The in-line RF interface provides a convenient connection for
subsystems. This amplifier is an excellent choice for imaging and phased array
applications. |
