W-Band 0.5 / 1.0 Watt Power Amplifier |

QuinStar Technology proudly announces a new product line of W-band power amplifiers, Model number QPN-94042730-01 and QPN-94043025-02. These W-band power amplifiers operate in the 92 to 96 GHz frequency range providing a minimum gain of 25 dB. |
Two options are offered for output power level: Model QPN-94042730-01 with saturated output power of 27 dBm (0.5Watt) and Model QPN-94043025-02 with 30 dBm (1.0Watt) of saturated power. The DC bias voltage requirement is only +5V with current requirement of 2.0A for the 0.5 Watt output and 4.0A for the 1 Watt output. |

The small in-line package (2.0"x1.4" x 1.0" for 0.5 Watt PA and 2.2" x 1.7" x 1.4" for 1.0 Watt PA) with standard WR-10 waveguide input and output make it convenient for system integration. A fast pulse modulation option is available. |
